Europatreffen 2025 at Le Mans organized by Entraide Opel GT
After many months of groundwork, we can announce the opening of registrations for the 2025 event around the Opel GT, the Europatreffen, we mean the annual meeting of all the European Opel GT clubs of the Federation. Although this is already the 31st meeting, it will be the first time that it will take place in France, in Le Mans to be precise, from May 1st to 3rd. We have put all our energy and passion with it and we hope that the club members, as a whole, will follow us in this wonderful adventure.
From this year, we are automating the registration of participants for events such as the Europatreffen or our national meeting. We have called on a non-profit company : HelloAsso.com.

Your registration will be validated by secure online payment on HelloAsso.com.
You will finally be able to edit your tickets which will be scanned when you arrive at the Le Mans circuit area. As well as for access to the meals and visits you have selected. It will serve you throughout the weekend.

Page 1 : Choix des billets - Choice of tickets
For this event, we offer various goodies. Some will have to be ordered at the time of registration in order to guarantee a suitable quantity and avoid unsold items.
Below we present an overview (not contractual at this stage) of the available articles:
- Beige T-shirt: printed with the event poster on the front and the Entraide logo on the left sleeve.
- Beige cap: decorated with embroidered design.

Don't forget to fill in all fields and mandatory boxes marked with an asterisk (*), including your vegetarian and children's meal choices.
In "Additional options" (Options supplémentaires), check the boxes you are interested in.

Do not check the "Pay as an organization" (Payer en tant qu'organisme) box, this is for corporations
You may not have an HelloAsso account and it is not mandatory, so you must fill in the name, first name and email boxes twice.
Page 4 : Récapitulatif - Summary
Under the line"Your contribution to HelloAsso" (Votre contribution à HelloAsso) , click on « to modify » if you want to set it to zero. With the cursor, you set the sum to zero. In fact, the Entraide Opel GT Club will pay a contribution to HelloAsso at the end of the registration, process if we are satisfied with their support.
Do not forget to check the boxes to give your consent and to allow you to access the payment page.
Paiement - Payment
The website is fully secure (🔒). You can pay with your card in complete peace of mind. The online payment allows to validate and record the registration.
Billets avec QR code - Tickets with QR code
After validation of the payment, you will receive an email allowing you to download your tickets in PDF format. It is important to record and/or print these tickets. They have a QR code that will be scanned at the reception desk of Le Mans circuit and which will also allow access to meals and tours you have selected. It will serve you throughout the WE.

EXTRAS
Opel GT Teile by Wolfgang et Birgit, https://www.pro-gt.de , will be present throughout the day at the Le Mans circuit. They will offer you a large part of their catalogue on their stand. But the best and safest way is to place your order in advance on their website and to let them know that you will pick up the package during the Europatreffen meeting.
The event will be covered by a professional photographer (who is an Entraide Opel GT Club member's). Additionally, during the parade on the Bugatti circuit, an event specialized company will be filming with a drone. The full film will be offered for 5€, to be ordered at registration.

Rules of the 2025 Europatreffen
- This regulation is intended to clarify the various points related to a smooth running of the 2025 Europatreffen. In addition to the various points highlighted below, participants undertake to follow the additional instructions provided by the Entraide before and during the event.
- The registration is only open to 1968-1973 Opel GT owners and to members of groups that belong to the Federation of European Opel GT clubs; the organizers give themselves the right to refuse any unjustified registration.
- Each participant agrees to present a vehicle in compliance with regulations in force as well as a valid technical inspection certificate.
- Participants must ensure that their vehicle safety features are fully functional, and that mandatory safety vest and signaling triangle are present in the car.
• Each participant agrees to respect the road code.
- Vehicle insurance must cover the passenger and driver.
- The association's liability in case of physical injury and/or property damage caused by a participant can not be engaged under any circumstances.
- During group rides, all vehicles will be split into groups of ten vehicles, each driver ensuring at all time that the following vehicle is within sight; if not, the driver must slow down and inform those who precede him/her by means of light signals.
- All our activities require courteous behavior, and a duty to facilitate the movement of other road users.
- The organizers reserve the right to make any modification dictated by safety reasons.
- Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the prohibition of participation in the meeting, without any right to any reimbursement or compensation.
- In the event that the meeting cannot be maintained due to force majeure (e.g. COVID or other), registered participants will not be entitled to claim damages under any circumstances.
Refund conditions in case of cancellation
In the event that a participant must cancel his or her Europatreffen attendance, it is provided for - A full refund if the request is made before 15/03/2025
- A 50% refund if the request is made from 16/03/2025 to 15/04/2025
- No refund from 16/04/2025
A cancellation for exceptional reasons (hospitalization, death of a relative, accident,...) may be considered by the Entraide Board and, upon presentation of proof and analysis by the Board, may be subject to full or partial refund.
Programme du Week-end
Concours d'Elegance
This competition is different from the usual beauty contest and will not be conducted with the rules established by the Federation of European Opel GT Clubs.
- The contest will take place from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm on Friday, May 2nd, in one of the car parks near the Welcome hall.
- The number of Opel GTs registrations is limited to 20 cars.
- The jury will be composed of 2 women and 2 men, owners of an Opel GT and well-acquainted with the model.
- Jury members will not be allowed to participate, neither are their cars.
- The cars in competition must be close to the original Opel GT models (68-73). Minor modifications are accepted (e.g. large wheels and tires).
- The GT crew in competition (one or two people) must be in harmony with the Opel GT on display.
That is to say that the participants have to show up in vintage clothing, with elegance and aesthetic research, in order to transport the jury over time, to the 60's and 70's.
